Brussels Sprouts With Bacon Brussels Sprouts With Bacon
Brussels sprouts with smoky bacon and is the perfect side dish for hearty roasts.
SERVES: 6
PREP TIME: 10 Minutes
COOK TIME: 15 Minutes
Ingredients

4 sliced bacon, chopped
1 container (10 ounces) Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and cut in half lengthwise
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon McCormick Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon McCormick Thyme Leaves
1/8 teaspoon McCormick Black Pepper

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
Cook bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon with slotted spoon; set aside. Add Brussels sprouts, onion, garlic powder, salt, thyme and pepper to skillet; cook and stir 3 minutes or until onion is softened.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
Pour broth into skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are tender.
 
Step 3  Step 3:
Sprinkle with bacon before serving.
